Under an ACMI lease you keep operational control under your own Air Operator's Certificate. Every agreement documents exactly who is responsible for what.
We provide
- AAircraft: airworthy, documented and matched to your mission.
- CCrew: qualified pilots, ready to be inducted to your operations manual.
- MMaintenance: continuing airworthiness managed, with work by CASA-approved organisations.
- IInsurance: hull and liability cover for the lease term.
You provide

- 4Ground handling at your ports, or hire ours.
We lease aircraft and crew. We don't operate flights.
Asset & Crew Hire supplies aircraft and crew to operators who hold their own Air Operator's Certificate, and aircraft to flight training organisations. Every flight is operated by our client, under their own approvals and operational control.
- We are not an AOC holder. We don't hold an Air Operator's Certificate and we don't exercise operational control of any flight.
- We don't sell charter flights. We can't be booked for passenger or freight charter by the public or by businesses.
- We don't perform airwork. Aerial work such as survey, mustering, spotting or photography isn't something we offer in our own right.
